In addition to technical assistance and training provided by the Colorado Department of Local Affairs, the Colorado Community Action Association allocates funding for training and technical assistance via a scholarship program. While CCAA dues paying members have first option, other CSBG Grant recipients may also submit an application.

The applicant may request:
• assistance for a specific conference/workshop that pertains to their CSBG and/or agency needs, or
• a trainer or specialist to assist them in a specific CSBG or anti-poverty program area.

The scholarship policy and application packet may be obtained through the CCAA Director. The CCAA Board of Directors reviews the request at their next scheduled Board meeting.
